Amazon India » Product doesn't deliver by agent
Sir/Madam I had ordered five items one diabetic medicine and rest 4 Nutrional supplements on 1st August 2023 and made advance payment by ICICI credit card. They responded by mentioning that 4 of the five items would be delivered on 4th August and the remining one on the 7th August, they delivered only one item on the 4th and one on the 6th and not delivered the other three items. after establishing a call to the customer care after multiple items I was given to understand that they have cancelled the order. My question to them is that after accepting the full payment for the item how that they can unilaterally cancel the order without the refund of the cancelled order and also not informing about the staus till I had to contact them
Dear Sir & Madam, I would like to inform you that I had made payment on 21 Nov 2022 of Rs 26698/- by Amazon. today i got a message from your side saying you have not received the payment. I had call Amazon customer care i spoke to them they are telling there's issues with citi credit bank card they are not expecting any payment from over side i raise a request for this above payment .i am sending you payment slip made by me. if you check your record i had made all payment of citi bank credit payment by Amazon side only.
