Amazon India: Denying My Genuine Refund

Hello i have ordered a product from amazon on 2nd of may 2022. And i received it on 3rd may ,as for my convenience i took that from my balcony with a basket but when i saw it it's packaging seal was broken and then i came down and talk to the delivery boy about that but he said that he can't do anything about that as he marked it delivered.

Then i contacted to costumer care on same time and gave amazon's representative a brief of my case she asked me to send a picture i clicked it and send it to the Amazon's portal then she said that "THANK YOU SIR YOUR PICTURE HAS BEEN RECEIVED AND YOUR REFUND WILL BE INITIATED IN 3 BUSINESS DAYS AND YOU CAN DISPOSE OFF THE PRODUCT.

These are her exact words. And then i didn't receive any refund then i called again in customer care on 8th may 2022 and gave them briefing about my case they straight denying it that we can't give you refund as your picture is not sufficient.

I told them each and every thing which their representatives told me on first call. They again and again telling me to send them more pictures but i dispose off the product already because it was a medicine and i can't use it if it's packaging was broken.

They even accept that this is their problem i have that in call recording, but they can't help me. I request you to please help me and get my refund back. I have all the needed call recording.

Attn : Head of Customer Care AMAZON INDIA I am very much upset & sorry to write you back all, as I am not getting proper support or reply against my quarry on refund of money against my short supplied and poor quality goods supplied by REBALANCE INDIA against Amazon Invoice No. dated 12/11/2022, even after repeated request made to you on customer care portal. Current situation generated when AMAZON men refused to lift my defective material as they found a shortage of Red Color Resistance band, which I am not aware as it was not within the pack when I received your goods and opened the pack. I didn’t raise complain of short supply as I didn’t checked the Invoice where it shows 4(Four) numbers of Color Band(Blue, Green, Red, Yellow) color bands as I thought it was only 3(Three) band Yellow, Green & Blue(pic encl) was my mistake. I raised my genuine return request when Yellow band sheared within few days due to poor quality and approved by Amazon for its lifting, didn’t t
