Damaged Product Not Replace

I buy 2 Geyser from Amazon . Order No [Protected]. I complain because i got one damage pic from inside after use I got to know this. These people tell me to courier chargers need to pay by my side.
I don't know why because it have 5 year warranty and I got the damage parts form amazon side these people need to replace this and I am not to pay any other charges I don't have amazon direct contact no.
They not consider it i want only replace the damage pic nothing ells and i Will not pay any this for this.
