Respected Sir/Madam,
I bought a item named 'Volvo Shallow Well Pump on 10 march 2022. It was delivered to me on 20 march. I tried it to use for the purpose I bought it. But it was failed to do its function as I expected.
So I make a request to return it but by mistake the request of replacement was made. After that I cancelled replacement request and make a request to return it on 25 march 2022.
My item Pickup was scheduled first time on 27 march 2022. But it was cancelled by pickup team of amazon. I made many request for pick up after that day. But every request was cancelled by amazon pickup team.
I called to customer support team of amazon but every time they were failed to help in this issue.Thus amazon tortured me mentally. Till now my item was not picked up. At last I am lodging this complaint.
My order number on amazon is [Protected]worth rupees 5799/_. My name is Manish Kumar and my registered mobile number on amazon is [Protected]. My all hopes are now from this forum.
Please help me to return this item to amazon and refund of my money which was done by my credit card.
