I am a very active consumer of Amazon.in website for many years and order smallest to largest of house gold items from then.
I also have a fire stick bought from them and is a prime member for which i also paid them a good amount to avail prime services.
Two weeks back, Amazon blocked my account saying i return a lot of products irrespective how much I order.
Also, there is no policy which mentions the limit of return after which they can block an account.
When they blocked my account, there were multiple orders open for which refund has not been issues until now.
They have also not refunded amount for my prime membership before blocking my account without discussing anything with me or my consent.
They blocked amazon fire stick as well which is no use until they unblock me.
I demand them to refund for all above services before blocking my account.
And also , provide me a proof of any such policy which gives them the right to block my account for the returning products which do not meet the quality standard.
Amazon has also provided defective, missing products in orders. On returning these products, they have claimed me of misusing my account.
