Getting Order But Not Delivery

Respected sir,
Am Niranjan behera. Amazon always get my order on my address Bagadharapur, Fulnakhara, Cuttack,Pin:-754001. Am also amazon prime member. But they didn’t deliver. They always send my order to Bhubaneswar main Nayapale distributor.
They didn’t send to cuttack distributor. Bhubaneswar distributor they delivered on our pin 754001 address but they didn’t deliver to my home address. I need compensation for my online payment.
Always I payed all my order. But Bhubaneswar main Nayapale distributor always cancel my order and send to seller. And they mention it’s outside there delivery area. Sir if there outside of area then why Amazon receive my pin:- 754001 when I order. Please kindly solve this problem sir.
