This is to inform you that I received a unknown package from Amazon. But it was not ordered by me. There is no history of this package in my amazon account to send return request.
Here is what happened: I got a call from Amazon Delivery: +[Protected](Delivery boy name - Shrikanth) and he delivered the package and he collected 1399 rps cash on delivery.
Since, there is correct address, my correct phone number and my name on the package, I collected the package. When I opened it, there are 4 different labels with different addresses and inside the package there is a damaged and old watch (all parts are broken).
So when I called to amazon customer care, they said that there is no way to solve this issue. Also, the courier boy said they will not take any returns. Please help me to get my refund.
This is really a poor service from Amazon I never experienced. Also, I did not get any help from either Amazon nor courier office. This is really unfair and they do not atleast given the right steps to escalation to higher level.
