Amazon didn't deliver my parcel of refrigerator & cancel it without even asking me. I order refrigerator on 9th may of Rs 14240, then it reached at my city on 12 may, but my village is 18 km from there so delivery boy called me (rudely) & want me to take the parcel by myself.
I said that if i take the parcel from you by myself it will cost me 700 to 800 Rupees, so i tell him if possible please deliver by yourself, he then he will deliver by evening, but he didn't deliver it. & Next day he cancelled my order without even asking me.
He talk with me very rudely (I have recording of it), still i have called him & request him to deliver my order because i need product urgent. Then i called to amazon customer care, they said me that order is cancelled now you have to order again & now the refrigerator price is 18000 Rupees so how can it be fair.
Is this strategy of amazon & delhivery courier service, if customer order product in offer period they didn't deliver that product, & then cancel that product & want you to order it at high price.
They say they don't know about courier service, how can amazon not know about it? Wow What a Strategy!!
