When i was purchasing my product which was a mi notebook ultra laptop the website clearly told that the laptop is ready to upgrade to windows 11 but till now its been many months I still haven't received any update for windows 11 on my laptop.

I complained to amazon that what they had promised was not given by them, they asked my to contact the brand on contacting the brand customer service the customer service person told that the Microsoft company pushes updates to the laptop.

So my concern is i have still not received what was promised to me on my laptop. the order id to my product is [Protected].
