Amazon: Damaged Ceiling Fan Sent In Damaged Packing; Amazon.in

I have purchased 5 ceiling fans from Amazon on 06.03.2022. When we open the packaging one of the fans, a "Crompton Aura 1400 mm (56 inch) High Speed Decorative Ceiling Fan (Ivory)" was found damaged.

The fans were sold by "Sanmati overseas *, Plot no 5129, desh prem Nagar, road no 9, shyam hotel ke peeche, sikar road, Jaipur, Rajasthan, 302013, India, GST Registration No: 08[Protected]1Z1".

An Amazon Online Seller. Installation was done on 09.04.2022 by SHREE SAI SALE AND SERVICE, Receipt serial no. 1150, after a installation request, when the installation person opened the boxes, this ceiling fan was found to be damaged.

We were told by the installation executive to complaint to Amazon Customer care. Since than we have been trying to get the fan replaced or full refund, but it has fallen on deaf ears.

We were late in installation and complaint to Amazon, because my mother was in final stage of cancer and then demised. Through the aegis of your portal, we again put up a request to Amazon.

Yes, Amazon sellers has been sending damaged goods. You must get a full refund. There is no point in getting a replacement from this amazon seller. Amazon has been erring on many of its eccomerce sales now-a-days. Pathetic.
