To Complaint Against Not Delivering The Order

With due respect , I want to say that I am Shahzadi Hussain. I had ordered a Daphny Vintage dress worth Rs. 245 and Deliver charge Rs.99 from Alamode by Akanksha on 8/8/21. I have gave the money to a merchant named Dinesh Kumar through PhonePay. My order no.was 162167.
But even today, It was not delivered yet to me. I have contacted them through their given email. But it was said that this email was invalid. My appeal was just that to get it delivered or refund money. There are few screenshots that I have taken during ordering was attested with it.
