Hello, I returned their product 2 weeks ago and they didn’t issued a gift card. They are not responding on the LinkedIn, Whatsapp and support emails. I don’t know what to do. It’s surprising how they are running the business without a proper customer support in place. Can I get the resolution and the gift card asap please? My return Id is RET85850.

I have purchased 2 products from the website. But the products were partially delivered stating that the other product is out of stock and they will deliver it later. After following up many times they said they refund the amount as a gift card which is in a way scam because my money would get stuck with them. I agreed to the gift card return also, even though it's their fault. But they stopped replying to my emails, haven't refunded the amount though any mode and now on there website it is showing that it is been delivered
