I ordered a few shoes of size 9 at my address, pin code 500008. I want to exchange 2 shoes with size 8 on the same pin code but when i try to exchange it says "The selected size is not deliverable to 500008".
I can order a new pair of shoe at this same pin code. I don't understand why it cannot allow me to exchange at this pin code but allows me to order a new product at the same pin code?
I would want Ajio to fix its application and allow me to process an Exchange myself, using the application. The product has an exchange policy and i want it fixed so that i can do it myself rather then calling customer service and waiting on hold forever.
