I have placed an order for Silver studded Toe rings (Qty:2) in Ajio on March 24. Due to a size issue, I have placed a return according to the return policy (14 days return policy). Since the day I have placed the return, i didn't see any response from Ajio.
I have complained more than 4 times to initiate return pick up but no one have turned up. I have spoken to their supervisor as well but no action has been taken so far. It is delayed for more than a 1.5 months now.
I want to file a case against Ajio for least responsiveness and negligence on handling customer requests on time. I feel like they don't want to pick the item at all but just wasting my time by saying it will be picked up.
Whenever I am raising a complaint they are giving a time period of 10 days to pick up the item. It has passed 1.5 months now and one has picked up item. I want to take a strict action against this company and ban this firm totally for their bad behaviour and reputation.
