Hi,
I had ordered a diamond and gold nose pin from an online portal called Ajio mobile app. On [Protected]I had placed the order. Which got delayed in its delivery and was not delivered to me, as I was out of town.
Since it was a prepaid order, I should have got refund for it by now. I have raised multiple complaints on the ajio customer contact. But even after multiple complaints on chat, multiple emails and also phone calls to the customer support, I am still not getting my refund amount back.
They just say they have raised a complaint to the concerned department and it should be resolved by some date. But everytime they are giving me some reasons like the product is still not returned back to them or its returned but refund is not yet initialized still.
Its been nearly 4 months now that I am chasing them for the refund amount. The amount is my hard earned money. I want to complain against the company (Ajio.com) and demand for my refund amount plus compensation for delaying the refund process and not giving my hard earned money back for 4 months.
What process takes so long as 4 months to revert the amount back to source. Kindly help. PFA attaching the details.
