I'm A. Uma Vybhavi, I'm here to write about my refund. A couple of days ago on 28 Feb 2022, I ordered on Ajio App for Rs 1,423 and unfortunately, my order not placed but money has been deducted from my account.
I contacted to the ajio customer care they provided the following details of (ARN NO :[Protected]) and (PGID :PSZq9G5irEeyD15UDMNhBA) and said to contact SBI bank. I even contacted to bank, but their is no use.
So, I hereby request you to please refund the amount back to my account. Please resolve my problem I'm a student and I don't know how to approach to my problem so, kindly solve this issue.
