I have purchased 3 products (Product number FN[Protected], FN[Protected]) from Ajio. quality of the product is not good so want to return the all 3 product I have raised the request for return for the three products return is scheduled and getting cancelled all the time.
There is no proper response from customer care. They are doing wantedly they do not want to refund the amount they are canceling return request. if ajio cannot assign person for return. refund the amount to our account then you assign the people when you want.
Reached out to Ajio customer care multiple times they are just cancelling the return request they only updating comments as thanks for changing your mind. customer care is disguising.
They are least bothered i need to get 10000 refund amount. Some issues going on at Ajio. They are not refunding the amount.
