Ajio Online Shopping Reviews & Complaints: Wrong Product Received And Refund Not Initiated

I received wrong product from AJIO online shopping app and then when I complaint the same to customer care, after sending 10 emails, they picked up the product but the refund has not been initiated from their side.

And the status is showing “In transit” since 10 days now. No one from the customer care is helping and asking me to only wait.
