I had shopped on Ajio during special promotion and is eligible for list of rewards, however as per terms of this rewards certain rewards to be credited as voucher code upon expiry of return window of entire order, in my case return window of all products was closed and expired on June 24th 2022.

However even after multiple follow up I am not getting any positive response from their customers care team, it was also noticed that they had updated my complaint on their app as marketing issue and expected resolution date is mentioned as 1st July.

And today on 5th July it is mentioned that it will be resolved by 1st July, on calling their customer care today for 5th time I came to know that they have marked my compliant as wrong order or tag issue which is completely wrong.

I had never raised any complaint regarding the order and infact complaint is raised only for non delivery of freebies attached to order.
