The courier picked up my return package on 24th May 2022. Today it’s 6th July 2022 still my refund of Rs- 7199.52 is not refunded to me.

The product has already reached the warehouse within a week of time. The ajio customer care agents are telling me they have technical issues and waiving off the date of refund since a month now. I’m attaching the proof of complaints I have given, the courier pickup and the text from ajio that they will initiate the refund which they haven’t till now.

Please help me resolve this as soon as possible.
It’s been like a harassing event for me as I have been calling them several times.
It is such a disappointment after giving so many mails and complaints they are not refunding my money.
