I have ordered the product from Ajio on 21st April with order number #FN[Protected]and it was delivered to me on 29th April and when I received I did not like the product. So according to refund policy I can return the item within 15 days.
But in Ajio the status of delivery was not updated as delivered because of their application issues and it got updated on 14th May (I have attached the screenshot for proof) where delivery partner has updated status to 30 April but in Ajio app it’s showing 14th May and when I try to do return after 14th may it’s not allowing anymore.
I have talked and complained on Application several times, called their customer care, raise complaints which they were supposed to resolve by 24th May (attached screenshots) and still I haven’t got my money back yet and everytime I call they say.
Please give us 48 hrs and like this I have called them 5-6 times and it’s been going on for month and they don’t care. It’s true harassment of my time. They should give penalty for my time as well.
