I had returned few products in ajio and the refund was credited to ajio wallet and then I asked them to transfer it to bank account and they debited 437 from wallet and sent me mail regarding that it will be credited with in 3 to 5 days.
But it was not credited they provide me UTR No. N[Protected]then it's already been 10 months nearly but it's not refunded I have all the required screen shots including there Neft transfer mail and my bank statement.

I have even lost 450 on asking you guys to transfer it to bank pathetic app and if a raise a complaint it's still worst our judiciary is far better I fell they made me wait nearly 3 months for credit ing it to my amount and never did it not even feeling to order once again for such a useless app.
It's nearly too long testing patience now it's no more left to tolerate. ITS ALREADY BEEN TOO LONG LOOSING MY MONEY I HAVE EVERY PROOF THAT YOU GUYS HAVE NOT CREDITED IT.
It's is not tolerable any more here is the detailed explanation about it (I had ordered many items and returned two to three of them where the money was credited to ajio wallet and one day I can across that I can transfer it to bank and provided all the details and it was debited on order I'd FL0269730801.
When I called you team they said that it's been debited on that order for buying it it is seen that the product was returned on 18th July and money was debited on 22 July then where did the money go at that point of time I accept I didn't have the sim.
So I couldn't pickup up calls during confirmation for transfer the they could have just credit it back to wallet right isn't it cheating it's not 100 or 200 it's 437 no one going on street would give that so I want to know weather you solve this issue.
Or shall I reach the consumer forum online as I have each and every proof required and even the bank statement if you guys have any proof that it's been credited to bank account please give me the details.
All the proofs are attached below, You guys nearly took until 27/10/21. The screen shot is given below. I HAVE EVEN PROVIDED THE BANK STATEMENT of whole month but nothing is credited as provided by your team saying "REFUND OF 437 BY NEFT.
AND WITH UTR No. N[Protected]even that screen shot is mentioned below. PLEASE DON'T SEND A PATHETIC REPLY SAYING "WE HAVE ESCALATED YOUR COMPLAINT TO YOUR HIGHER AUTHORITY" THEY ARE STILL WORST THAN ANY OTHER APP.
FOR GOD SAKE NEVER BUY ANY THING COSTLY IN YOUR APP. I want the resolution at any cost. Money doesn't come freely.
