Ajio Online Shopping: Pathetic Customer Support; Ajio.com

Received my product a month ago, their app is not able to mark it delivered. I need to return that product and can’t because app has not marked it delivered for a month. Constantly contacting their customer every other day and all I get is WE ARE WORKING ON YOUR ISSUE.

They are so incompetent that a simple issue is not getting resolved since a month. Complaint ID: COM000[Protected]. This was my last order with them‬. 2 days back, I called their customer support again to check status of the investigation.

The lady told me that return has been initiated by the back end team and the order should be picked up within 2 days, I asked for a written confirmation. She asked me to send an email with the complaint ID so that her team can send the confirmation.

I did the same and again no confirmation was provided. Instead they replied that they are working on the issue, it has been almost a month now with no resolution. This is some kind of new scam they have started doing with customer.

My money is stuck with them for a month now with no resolution from Ajio customer support team. Please help.
