Ajio Online Shopping Reviews & Complaints: Not Got My Refund It Is More Than 40 Days

I have ordered a Tshirt worth 9,999 on 12th May. It was delivered on 18th May because of size issue I returned the product and was waiting for my refund which was expected in 7 days after return.

Till 26th May I didn’t got any communication about refund I started writing mails and I have written so many mails one after other every time I got an assurance that complaint will be resolved on 2 working days today is 5th July but I have not got any refund.

I have made so many calls every time I was assures with a timeline but it’s not refunded till today so much of harassment every time I have to wait so much on customer care then every time different people talk so I have to explain the issue again and again.

They cannot solve neither there is a guarantee of date and in there policy it’s clearly mentioned in 7 business days the refund is processed it’s almost 2 months. I want complete refund.

They have harassed me a lot!!!! I request the law to take Strict action against them!!! They have been misleading on every call and when spoken deep they say this was an estimated date. give me 2 working days.

It’s been almost 2 months. I have also provided them with bank statement thrice where it’s clearly shown the transactions where I have paid but have not got the refund.

Now they ask where is the product where as the return Id is created during pick up. I am in big mess. kindly help. they are cheaters.
