Hi have purchased a men's night suite on May 02nd. On the same day while AJIO's delivery partner came to deliver I immediately escalated that it was a wrong order. The deliver guy said it will e picked up by other team in a day or two.

From that day, AJIO haa been postponing the pickup thrice. Every time it automatically send message "We're glad you changed your mind about returning the AJIO Product FN[Protected]. Do continue to shop with us.

For details click bit.ly/37ook6p" (directly copied and pasted from the message) further to it the pick up dates keep on changing by its own. Every time we call the customer care we need to explain the whole issue and then the call disconnects after a lot of waiting.

It's not about replacing or refunding. It's about professionalism and basic ethics. Why someone need to place an order, pay in advance and keep on following up with the service teams?

How AJIO claims to be the best online shopping app after such a hassled procedure? If there are processes and policies it should be both for the company as well as the customer?

How useless and naggy is the whole format? Very unprofessional and worst online shopping experience one can go through.
