I order 4 dresses on 3rd of may and got that parcel on 7th of may in that i returned request 2 of them on 7th of may order id is 1) FL0[Protected]) FL0[Protected]and returned picked on 12 of may and i got massage also from ajio. Com regarding pickup success..the dresses was poor quality and not worth that money its too costly according to cloth material and i did not like that dresses..
Then also still i did not get my refund amount i called many times to customer executive some of them did not response proper and not resolve my problem some of them disconnect my call many times.. And today i got fake massage from ajio site that was i cancelled my return request n i'm not cancelled anything today.
I called customer executive he did not here my complaint and disconnect again i called one of them he said wait till promising date we can try to resolve but still that fake massage is not gone i don't know why they sending fake massage regarding return cancellation but i wont cancelled my return request and that items picked up also i got confirmation massage also ..
And i want my refund amount as soon..Kindly register my complaint as soon as possible..
