I had made a prepaid order of Rs. 4624.90/- from Ajio website on 22nd of April 2022. The delivery date was 02nd of May 2022 whereas till date neither the items are delivered nor my amount has been refunded.
I have raised several complaints with Ajio to cancel the order and refund my money but they did not provide any resolution to them.
1. COM000[Protected]raised on 29th April - ticket closed without any resolution.
2. COM000[Protected]raised on 29th April - ticket closed without any resolution.
3. COM000[Protected]raised on 30th April - ticket still open whereas the resolution time was till 09th May.
4. COM000[Protected]raised on 07th May - ticket still open whereas the resolution time was till 13th May.
I have called them several times but did not get any response regarding my refund, they keep the customers on hold and then disconnect the call stating that they will call back.
I have also raised this issue on Ajio social networking sites but in vain. Please help me in getting my hard earned money back, AJIO is harassing and cheating the customers.
