Airtel Broadband: Installation Process Has Not Started Even After 1 Week

I had registered for wifi on 4th of February but the installation process hasn't started till now as today is 11th of February. Each and every single time I call up the engineer he doesn't picks it up.

Every time he says he will install it tomorrow. As I am a B.Tech student and my placements had started. So I need wifi for interviews, tests etc. But the person who had verified the id doesn't even reply to my calls. Such a terrible experience with Airtel Broadband.

As my offline classes will start from next weak what will I do of that broadband thereafter as I study in Chandigarh. I had missed test of three companies with the issue of internet.

I had paid the installation fees a week ago but till now no process has started. As the official wait limit for broadband is 72 hours by Airtel but now 7 days had passed and no one has contacted me.

Every time I contact them they cut my call. I just hate the Airtel's broadband experience. Hope it will get installed soon. Otherwise I will complain in local police station against them under the section of IPC 405 and they will be punishable for this.
