Airtel Broadband: Deduction Of Extra Amount

I requested for broadband disconnection, they dragged it for a month saying request got closed due to their technical issues after few days. They collected modem also after 2 days of request.

They kept connection active and charged me 200 plus rupees for their fault and delay happened from them. They agreeing it was their fault but straightaway denying to refund my money saying they don't have option for that.

Hell lot of calls also from them asking reason for disconnection but still they didn't complete my request along with charging me extra for their fault.
