Airtel Broadband: Charged Extra And Discontinued My Service

On Dec 15, I have made the payment for my broadband connection through Paytm for which I have the screenshot however Airtel kept calling me for payment my phone number is [Protected]and email ID is [PROTECTED]@gmail.com.

They harassed me for making payment although I made it. I sent an email and got resolved on 26 Dec. On 26 Dec we got to am agreement that my next bill would be with 100 rs waiver and bill would be 465 however they sent Jan bill as 709 with late fees.

I again marked an email however no one is listening and their customer care is saying I am at fault. Again harassing me and got my service disconnected. I am working from home and this is going beyond control.
