My Airtel landline number is 0[Protected]
My monthly plan is 499 rs
The bill generated is 869 rs
(I have already paid rs 495 rs for 10 days for this cycle). So 20 days bill is 869 rs. They have charged me safe custody monthly charges twice. How can they charge me both safe custody and broadband charges at one point of time?
Either they can charge for safe custody if is there or broadband? Because at one point one of these can work. Safe custody charges are less than broadband charges. So my bill has to be less than 499 plus taxes.
In earlier bills also they may have charged similar way, which has gone unnoticed by me. My connection is a new connect ion three months old. I want them to check my entire bill and return me the extra amount they have taken.
