I was online ordered through mobile and whatsApp on [Protected](order number- EST-024050 ) of five items and got delivery on [Protected]where three products are good, but two products are now match with my order.
I was order for battery machine - Nozel and Belt instead of that i received manual spare machine Nozel, belt. I was called and requesting to Shivani (Executive) for exchange that products, she said i will check and take appreciate decision.
After 3 days she said that products is not exchange. I am payment 10% in advance for all products. Second issue is order number- EST-024003. Order on [Protected]but still not get it i was called for updates but don't get any update.
Request you please take appreciate action to resolve this issue.
